Damien Matthews
Damien is a joint Director and co-founder of BRAWD & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, and has a truly unique and balanced professional experience profile.
Prior to co-founding BRAWD & Co, Damien held a number of senior leadership positions with various Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) / Dealers, and also with BHP and Anglo American, two of the worlds largest Mine Owners / Operators.
He has been responsible for negotiating and managing some of the worlds highest value global HME Supply Agreements, most recently as Head of Mining Equipment for the world's largest mining company.
Damien has a strong experience mix of both technical and commercial acumen, and is acutely aware of what delivers sustained value to all stakeholders.
He is passionate about combining the disciplines of asset management (maintenance and operation) and commercial procurement, ensuring BRAWD's clients receive a genuinely holistic and optimised approach to HME and other high value / high risk category investment decisions.
Damien offers a genuine global perspective, afforded by his time residing and working within the mining industry in a number of global locations, including the USA, South Africa, Singapore, and Australia. Additionally, he has traveled and undertaken business in many parts of the world, including throughout Europe, China, Japan, Chile, Russia, Scandinavia, and Canada.

Jordan Geddes
Jordan is a joint Director and co-founder of BRAWD & Co.
Having previously worked in a variety of commercial roles within BHP, Shell (QGC), and Queensland Government, Jordan is an accomplished resource industry professional with trade and procurement expertise in mining, energy, international agriculture, and indigenous procurement.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Diploma in Export Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), while away from work, and having been raised in rural central Queensland, Jordan has maintained an active interest in his rural background through his stud cattle portfolio, playing polo, and racehorse ownership.
